Man is prone to say: "Shall I be raised to life after I die?" 66 Does not man remember that We created him before this, and he was non existent? 67 By your Lord, We shall gather them and the devils together, then bring them crawling on their knees around Hell. 68 Then We shall carry off from every group those who were most stubborn in their opposition to the Gracious One, 69 We know best who deserves greater suffering in hell fire. 70 There is not one among you who will not reach it. Your Lord has made this incumbent on Himself. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 When Our clear revelations are recited to those who deny the Truth they are wont to say to those who have faith: "Which of the two groups has a better status and whose assemblies are grander?" 73 But how many (countless) generations before them have we destroyed, who were even better in equipment and in glitter to the eye? 74 Say, "The Gracious One grants respite for a time to those who are in error until, when they are confronted with what they are promised, either in punishment [in the world] or in [the approach of] the Hour, they will realize who is worse in respect of position and who is weaker in resources." 75 And Allah increaseth in guidance those who let themselves be guided, and the righteous works that last are excellent with thy Lord in respect of reward and excellent in respect of return. 76 So have you seen him who denied Our signs and says, “I shall certainly be given wealth and children?” 77 Has he known the unseen or has he taken a covenant from the Most Beneficent (Allah)? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall add and add to his punishment. 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he will come unto Us, alone (without his wealth and children). 80 They have sought honor from other gods instead of God. 81 Never. They will deny their devotion and become their adversaries. 82
