The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you have no fear of God? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger sent to you. 107 Have fear of God and obey me. 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They replied: 'Are we to believe you whom the lowliest follow' 111 He said, 'What knowledge have I of that they have been doing? 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 And I am not (here) to repulse believers. 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said: If you desist not, O Nuh, you shall most certainly be of those stoned to death. 116 Then Noah said, "Lord, my people have rejected me. 117 “Therefore make a decisive judgement between me and them, and rescue me and the believers along with me.” 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
