And whomsoever We cause to live long, We reduce (him) to an abject state in constitution; do they not then understand? 68 And We did not give Prophet Muhammad, knowledge of poetry, nor is it befitting for him. It is not but a message and a clear Qur'an 69 So that he may warn him who is alive and feels, and justify the word against those who do not believe. 70 See they not that it is We Who have created for them - among the things which Our hands have fashioned - cattle, which are under their dominion?- 71 and that We have subjected them to men's will, so that some of them they may use for riding and of some they may eat, 72 Benefits and (divers) drinks have they from them. Will they not then give thanks? 73 But [nay,] they take to worshipping deities other than God, [hoping] to be succoured [by them, and not knowing that] 74 Those deities can render them no help. Yet these devotees act as though they were an army in waiting for them. 75 So let not their speech, then, grieve you (O Muhammad SAW). Verily, We know what they conceal and what they reveal. 76 Has not man regarded how that We created him of a sperm-drop? Then lo, he is a manifest adversary. 77 He strikes for Us a similitude and forgot his own creation. He says: “Who will quicken the bones when they have decayed?” 78 Say: 'He will quicken them who originated them the first time; He has knowledge of every creation; 79 Who giveth you out of the green tree fire, and lo! ye kindle therewith. 80 Has He Who created the heavens and the earth no power to create the likes of them? Yes, indeed, He is the Superb Creator. 81 Verily, His Command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it, "Be!" and it is! 82 So glory be to Him who has control over all things. It is to Him that you will all be brought back. 83
True are the words of God the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
