We also favoured Moses and Aaron, 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 And We gave them the divine writ that made [right and wrong] distinct, 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 Salamun (peace) be upon Ilyasin (Elias)!" 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
