Allah, it is He Who has made cattle for you, that you may ride on some of them and of some you eat. 79 And there are (other) advantages in them for you (besides); that ye may through them attain to any need (there may be) in your hearts; and on them and on ships ye are carried. 80 And He sheweth you His signs. Which, then, of the signs of Allah shall ya deny? 81 Have they not travelled in the land and seen how was the end of those before them who were far more numerous than they and more strong, and have left behind them traces on the earth. And yet nothing of what they did profited them. 82 So, when their Messengers brought them the clear signs, they rejoiced in what knowledge they had, and were encompassed by that they mocked at. 83 So when they saw Our punishment, they said, “We accept faith in the One Allah, and reject those whom we ascribed with Him.” 84 But then their affirming served them nothing after they had seen Our torment. This is the law of God that has prevailed among His creatures, Then the unbelievers went to rack and ruin. 85
