Say thou: I am but warner, and there is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer. 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, all-mighty, all-forgiving." 66 Say, "This is momentous news, 67 From which you turn away. 68 I had no knowledge of the Highest Chiefs when they disputed; 69 This alone is revealed to me, that I am only a clear warner.' 70 Your Lord said to the angels, "I am about to create a human being out of clay; 71 "When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him." 72 So all the angels prostrated, every one, without exception. 73 Except Iblees; he was arrogant and became among the disbelievers. 74 God said, "Satan, what prevented you from prostrating yourself to what I created with My own Hands? Were you overcome by arrogance, or are you of those who think [only] of themselves as exalted?" 75 He said: I am better than him. Thou createdst me of fire, whilst him Thou didst create of clay. 76 'Begone' said He, 'you are stoned'. 77 “And indeed My curse is upon you till the Day of Judgement.” 78 Said [Iblis]: "Then, O my Sustainer, grant me a respite till the Day when all shall be raised from the dead!" 79 He (Allah) said: 'You are among those that are respited 80 until the day of the known time.' 81 He said, "By Your Honour, I will lead all of them astray, 82 Except Thy servants from among them, the purified ones. 83 The Lord said, "I swear by the Truth - and I speak the Truth - 84 I shall certainly fill Gehenna with you and every one of them that follows you' 85 Say: 'I ask of you no wage for it, neither am I of those who take things upon themselves. 86 this is simply an admonition to mankind, 87 And ye shall surely come to know the truth thereof after a season. 88
