Truly, the God-fearing shall dwell amid gardens and fountains -- 45 Enter therein in peace, secure. 46 We shall remove all hatred from their breasts and make them as brothers reclining on thrones facing one another. 47 There shall touch them no toil therein, nor therefrom they shall ever be driven out. 48 ۞ Inform My bondmen that undoubtedly, I surely am the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful. 49 and that My punishment is the painful chastisement. 50 And tell them of the guests of Abraham, 51 When they entered his presence and said, "Peace!" He said, "We feel afraid of you!" 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 Abraham asked, "Are you giving me the glad news of a son in my old age? What reason can you give for such glad news?" 54 "We have given you the happy tidings of a truth," they replied. "So do not be one of those who despair." 55 He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?" 56 He said: What is your business then, O apostles? 57 They said: "Verily we have been sent to a guilty people 58 Except the family of Lot; indeed, we will save them all 59 but his wife. We decreed that she should be amongst those who remain behind. 60
