Surely We shall help Our Messengers and those who have believed, in the present life, and upon the day when the witnesses arise, 51 The day when their excuse availeth not the evil-doers, and theirs is the curse, and theirs the ill abode. 52 And indeed We gave Moosa the guidance, and bequeathed the Book to the Descendants of Israel. 53 A guidance and an admonition unto the men of understanding, 54 Patiently, then, persevere: for the Promise of Allah is true: and ask forgiveness for thy fault, and celebrate the Praises of thy Lord in the evening and in the morning. 55 Behold, as for those who call God's messages in question without having any evidence therefore in their hearts is nothing but overweening self-conceit, which they will never be able to satisfy: seek thou, then, refuge with God - for, verily, He alone is all-hearing, all-seeing! 56 The creation of the heavens and the earth is indeed greater than the creation of mankind; but most of mankind know not. 57 Just as the blind and the seeing are not equal, so are the righteously striving believers and the sinners are not equal. How little to this you pay attention. 58 The Hour will indeed come; there is no doubt about that. Yet most people do not believe. 59 And your Lord said: "Invoke Me, [i.e. believe in My Oneness (Islamic Monotheism)] (and ask Me for anything) I will respond to your (invocation). Verily! Those who scorn My worship [i.e. do not invoke Me, and do not believe in My Oneness, (Islamic Monotheism)] they will surely enter Hell in humiliation!" 60
