Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

Children of Israel, remember My blessing wherewith I blessed you, and fulfil My covenant and I shall fulfil your covenant; and have awe of Me. 40 And believe in what I have sent down confirming that which is [already] with you, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. And do not exchange My signs for a small price, and fear [only] Me. 41 And confound not the truth with falsehood, nor hide the truth while ye know. 42 And be steadfast in prayer; practise regular charity; and bow down your heads with those who bow down (in worship). 43 ۞ Will you enjoin good deeds on the others and forget your own selves? You also read the Scriptures, why do you then not understand? 44 And seek aid in steadfast patience and prayer: and this, indeed, is a hard thing for all but the humble in spirit, 45 Who bear in mind the certainty that they are to meet their Lord, and that they are to return to Him. 46
