In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Alif Lam Mim. 1 Those are the signs of the Wise Book 2 As guidance and mercy for the doers of good 3 Those who establish regular Prayer, and give regular Charity, and have (in their hearts) the assurance of the Hereafter. 4 Those are on [right] guidance from their Lord, and it is those who are the successful. 5 But among men are also those who spread frivolous stories to mislead (others) from the way of God, without any knowledge, and take it lightly. For such as these the nemesis will be shameful. 6 When Our Signs are rehearsed to such a one, he turns away in arrogance, as if he heard them not, as if there were deafness in both his ears: announce to him a grievous Penalty. 7 Surely those who believe and do good deeds shall have Gardens of Bliss. 8 therein to dwell forever -- God's promise in truth; and He is the All-mighty, the All-wise. 9 He created the heavens without pillars that you see and has cast into the earth firmly set mountains, lest it should shift with you, and dispersed therein from every creature. And We sent down rain from the sky and made grow therein [plants] of every noble kind. 10 Such is the creation of Allah; now show me what, other than Him, created! No, the harmdoers are in clear error. 11
