And Nuh's people belied the sent ones. 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 “I am indeed a trustworthy Noble Messenger of Allah to you.” 107 so serve you God, and obey you me. 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They said: Shall we put faith in thee, when the lowest (of the people) follow thee? 111 He said: "It is not for me to know what they were doing. 112 Their account falls only upon My Lord, if you were but aware. 113 It is not for me to repel those who choose to believe. 114 I am naught but a plain warner. 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will be stoned." 116 He said, “My Lord, my people have denied me.” 117 So pass a clear judgement between me and them and rescue me and the believers with me." 118 We saved him and those who were with him in the laden ship, 119 Thereafter We drowned those who remained behind. 120 Verily there is a sign in this, yet many of them do not believe. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
