Everyone on earth is destined to die. 26 And there will remain the countenance of thine Lord, Owner of Majesty and Beneficence. 27 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord, will ye twain belie? 28 Whosoever is in the heaven and earth ask Him. Every day He is upon an affair (He reveals according to His Eternal determination). 29 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 30 [ONE DAY] We shall take you to task, O you sin-laden two! 31 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 34 (If you so venture) a flame of fire and smoke shall be lashed at you, which you shall be unable to withstand. 35 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 36 (What will happen) when the heaven will be split asunder and will become crimson like leather? 37 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord do you then deny? 38 Of his sin will be questioned that Day neither man nor jinn. 39 (We shall see) which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 40 The Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, sinners, etc.) will be known by their marks (black faces), and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 42 This is Gehenna, that sinners cried lies to; 43 They go circling round between it and fierce, boiling water. 44 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 45
