What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 and He has made dark its night and brought forth its light of day. 29 And afterwards spread out the earth. 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 [all this] as a means of livelihood for you and your animals. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth, 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 preferring the present life, 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination, 40 Lo! the Garden will be his home. 41 THEY WILL ASK thee [O Prophet] about the Last Hour: "When will it come to pass?" 42 But how are you to know? 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
