Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the racers, panting, 1 and produce sparks 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 and raising clouds of dust, 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Indeed, the human is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
