Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ (Muhammad), have We not comforted your heart, 1 And eased thee of the burden 2 Which weighed down your back? 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. 6 Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard, 7 And turn to your Lord with all your love. 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
