The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), did you not see how did your Lord deal with the People of the Elephant? 1 Did He not foil their strategy 2 And sent hordes of chargers flying against them, 3 Which pelted them with stones of baked clay, 4 and made them like straw eaten up (by cattle). 5
God the Almighty always says the truth.
