And We have placed within the heaven great stars and have beautified it for the observers. 16 And We have kept it guarded from every outcast devil. 17 Except for he who steals the listening and is then pursued by a visible flame. 18 And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance. 19 and there appointed for you is a livelihood, and for those you do not provide. 20 There is nothing except that its treasuries are with Us and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 And We loose the winds fertilising, and We send down out of heaven water, then We give it to you to drink, and you are not its treasurers. 22 And verily We! it is We who give life and death, and We shall be the survivors. 23 And indeed, We know the first generations of you who had passed away, and indeed, We know the present generations of you (mankind), and also those who will come afterwards. 24 Your Lord will resurrect them all; He is All-wise and All-knowing. 25
