Observest thou not those who wrangle concerning the revelations of Allah? whither are they turning away! 69 Those who cry lies to the Book and that wherewith We sent Our Messengers -- soon they will know! 70 When carcans are about their necks and chains. They are dragged 71 into boiling water and then they will be burned in the fire. 72 Then it will be said to them: "Where are (all) those whom you used to join in worship as partners 73 Other than Allah?" They will say, "They have departed from us; rather, we did not used to invoke previously anything." Thus does Allah put astray the disbelievers. 74 They will be told, "This (torment) is the result of your unreasonable happiness on the earth and of your propagation of falsehood. 75 Enter the gates of hell to live therein forever. How terrible is the dwelling of the arrogant ones. 76 So be patient [Prophet], for God's promise is true: whether We show you part of what We have promised them in this life, or cause you to die first, it is to Us that they will be recalled. 77 Surely We have sent apostles before you, some of whose account We have related to you, and that of some We have not told you. But no apostle was given a miracle unless God dispensed. But when the decree of God comes the sentence is passed with justice; and the lovers of vice and vanity will then come to grief. 78
