The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (all things) proportionately, 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 who brings forth green pasture, 4 then turns it into black stubble. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 except what Allah wills, surely, He knows all that is (spoken) aloud and what is hidden. 7 and [thus] shall We make easy for thee the path towards [ultimate] ease. 8 Therefore do remind, surely reminding does profit. 9 He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, 10 but the most wretched shall avoid it, 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This, indeed, was in the ancient Scrolls, 18 The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
