The people of Noah rejected the Messengerss. 105 When their brother Nuh said to them: Will you not guard (against evil)? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 so fear Allah and obey me. 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: Shall we put faith in thee, when the lowest (of the people) follow thee? 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 Their account falls only upon my Lord, were you but aware. 113 I do not drive away the believers. 114 I am only a Prophet. 115 They said: "O Noah! If you do not desist, you will certainly become one of the accursed." 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 So adjudge between me and them conclusively, and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 Thereafter We rescued him and those who were with him in the laden Ark 119 and then We caused those who stayed behind to drown. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 But surely your Lord is mighty and merciful. 122
