And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 We have spread out the earth and how brilliantly it is spread! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs, that haply ye may remember. 49 (Muhammad), tell them,"Seek refuge in God. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you. 50 And make not another an object of worship with Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people. 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 And advise, for advice benefits the Muslims. 55 And I have not created the jinn and the men except that they should serve Me. 56 I desire from them no provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 And verily, for those who do wrong, there is a portion of torment like to the evil portion of torment (which came for) their likes (of old), so let them not ask Me to hasten on! 59 Woe, then, betide those who disbelieved in that Day of theirs which they are being asked to hold in dread. 60
