Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Did We not expand thy breast for thee 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 So indeed with hardship is ease. 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
