Blest be He Who hath placed big stars in the heaven, and hath placed therein a lamp and a moon enlightening. 61 And it is He who has made the night and the day in succession for whoever desires to remember or desires gratitude. 62 (Among) the servants of the Beneficent God are those who walk gently on the earth and when addressed by the ignorant ones, their only response is, "Peace be with you." 63 Those who spend the night in adoration of their Lord prostrate and standing; 64 Who say: 'Our Lord, turn from us the punishment of Gehenna, for its punishment is the most terrible; 65 Evil indeed it (Hell) is as an abode and as a place to dwell. 66 And those who, when they spend, are neither prodigal nor grudging; and there is ever a firm station between the two; 67 And they who do not call upon another god with Allah and do not slay the soul, which Allah has forbidden except in the requirements of justice, and (who) do not commit fornication and he who does this shall find a requital of sin; 68 The doom will be doubled for him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein disdained for ever; 69 Save him who repenteth and believeth and worketh righteous work. Then these! for them Allah shall change their vices into virtues. Verily Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful. 70 And whoever repents and does good has truly turned to Allah with an (acceptable) conversion;- 71 And those who do not witness falsehood, and if they pass by some evil play or evil talk, they pass by it with dignity. 72 Who, when reminded of their Lord's revelations, do not fall for them like the deaf and blind; 73 And those who say, "Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous." 74 Those shall be recompensed with the highest rank for their patience. There they shall receive a greeting, and peace! 75 And abide there for ever: What an excellent destination and abode! 76 Say (O Muhammad, unto the disbelievers): My Lord would not concern Himself with you but for your prayer. But now ye have denied (the Truth), therefor there will be judgment. 77
