The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ When the Event inevitable cometh to pass, 1 Then none will be able to deny its occurrence. 2 The event will be abasing some, and exalting some. 3 When the earth is shaken violently, 4 And the mountains shall be made to crumble with (an awful) crumbling, 5 So they will become like fine dust, scattered in a shaft of light. 6 [on that Day] you shall be divided into three groups. 7 Then (as to) the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand! 8 And the People on the Left: and how miserable will be the People on the Left! 9 And those foremost [(in Islamic Faith of Monotheism and in performing righteous deeds) in the life of this world on the very first call for to embrace Islam,] will be foremost (in Paradise). 10 These will be those nearest to Allah. 11 In Gardens of Delight. 12 A multitude of those of old 13 And a few from the later generations. 14 On studded thrones. 15 Reclining on them, facing each other. 16 They will be served by immortal boys, 17 with goblets, and ewers, and cups filled with water from unsullied springs 18 which will not cause them any intoxication or illness. 19 and such fruits as they shall choose, 20 and any flesh of fowl that they desire. 21 And pure, beautiful ones, 22 The likenesses of pearls well-protected, 23 shall be their recompense for their deeds. 24 They will not hear therein any vain or sinful talk, 25 but only the saying: 'Peace, Peace' 26 As for those of the right hand -- how (happy) those of the right hand -- 27 (will be) among thornless Lote trees. 28 and acacias flower-clad, 29 Lengthened shadows, 30 By water flowing constantly, 31 And abundant fruit, 32 never-ending and unforbidden. 33 And raised couches; 34 Indeed, We have produced the women of Paradise in a [new] creation 35 having resurrected them as virgins, 36 chastely amorous, 37 For the fellows on the right hand. 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
