Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 It is he who turns down the orphans 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 who show off, 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
