Lo! We, even We, have revealed unto thee the Qur'an, a revelation; 23 Therefore wait patiently for the command of your Lord, and obey not from among them a sinner or an ungrateful one. 24 And mention the name of your Lord [in prayer] morning and evening 25 and prostrate yourself before Him at night, and extol His Glory during the long watches of the night. 26 Verily! These (disbelievers) love the present life of this world, and put behind them a heavy Day (that will be hard). 27 We have created them and have given them strength. Had We wanted, We could have replaced them with another people like them. 28 This is a reminder. Let whoever wishes, take the right path to his Lord. 29 But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way] -- God is indeed all-knowing and wise -- 30 He will admit to His Mercy whom He will; But the wrong-doers,- for them has He prepared a grievous Penalty. 31
