ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 On the Day We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 Indeed you have brought forth (said) a terrible evil thing. 89 Well-nigh the heavens are rent thereat and the earth cleft in sunder and the mountains fall down in pieces. 90 For they have attributed a son to Ar-Rahman, 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but comes before Ar-Rahman in all obedience. 93 He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting. 94 Every one of them will come before Him all alone on the Day of Resurrection. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 Therefore, We have revealed the Qur'an in your tongue and made it easy to understand that you may give glad tidings to the God-fearing and warn a contentious people. 97 How many generations have We laid low before them. Do you see any sign of them, or hear the least whisper of them? 98
