The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
The Calamity! 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 [It will occur] on the Day when men will be like moths swarming in confusion, 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Those whose good deeds will weigh heavier (on the scale) 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 but he whose scales weigh lighter, 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 What shall let you know what the Plunging is? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
