Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the Day whereon We shall gather the God-feaing unto the Compassionate as an embassy. 85 And We shall drive the Mujrimun (polytheists, sinners, criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, etc.) to Hell, in a thirsty state (like a thirsty herd driven down to water), 86 no one will be able to intercede for the others except those whom the Beneficent God has given authority. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 You have done an atrocious thing. 89 the heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth break asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 It does not befit the Most Compassionate Lord that He should take a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 Certainly He has a comprehensive knowledge of them and He has numbered them a (comprehensive) numbering. 94 and every one of them will appear before Him on Resurrection Day in a lonely state. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 So We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue that you may give good news to those who take heed, and warn the people who are contentious. 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98
