The All Compassionate (Al-Rahman)
78 verses, revealed in Medina after Thunder (Al-Ra'ad) before The Human (Al-Insan)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ The Beneficent Allah, 1 Has taught the Qur’an to His beloved Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him). 2 He created man. 3 [And] taught him eloquence. 4 The sun and the moon follow a reckoning. 5 And the herbs and the trees do obeisance. 6 And the heaven He raised and imposed the balance 7 In order that ye may not transgress (due) balance. 8 Therefore, maintain just measure and do not transgress against the Balance. 9 He positioned the earth for all the creatures: 10 In which are fruits, and covered dates. 11 the grain in the blade; and aromatic herbs. 12 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 13 He created man from clay like that of earthenware. 14 and He created the jinn of a smokeless fire. 15 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 16 Lord of the East and Lord of the West. 17 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 18 He released the two seas, meeting [side by side]; 19 There is a barrier between them. They encroach not (one upon the other). 20 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 21 Pearls and coral-stone come forth from them. 22 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 23 His are the ships displayed upon the sea, like banners. 24 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 25

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
