The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 Those are the signs of the Manifest Book. 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 We could send down from the heavens a sign to them if We pleased, before which their heads would remain bowed. 4 Whenever there comes to them any fresh warning from the Merciful, they always turn their backs on it: 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
