۞ I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 preserved in a hidden Book which 78 Which none can touch except the purified. 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Do you, then, take this discourse in light esteem, 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 And you are at that time looking on - 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 if you are not subject to anyone's authority, 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 If he is among the near 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 And if he is one of those on the right hand, 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 And if he is from the deniers, the astray, 92 He shall have an entertainment of boiling water, 93 He will burn in Hell. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
