We certainly bestowed Our favor upon Moses and Aaron 114 We saved them and their people from great distress; 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 And verily, Iliyas (Elias) was one of the Messengers. 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We destroyed the rest. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 and at night. Do you still not understand? 138
