Indeed, those who disbelieve will be addressed, "The hatred of Allah for you was [even] greater than your hatred of yourselves [this Day in Hell] when you were invited to faith, but you refused." 10 They will say: "Our Lord! twice hast Thou made us without life, and twice hast Thou given us Life! Now have we recognised our sins: Is there any way out (of this)?" 11 This has come upon you because when God alone was invoked you disbelieved; but when partners were associated with Him, you believed. But judgement belongs to God, the all-high and supreme. 12 It is He who shows to you His signs and sends down your provision from the sky. Yet no one remembers except he who is penitent. 13 So call upon Allah, consecrating all your devotion to Him, howsoever much the unbelievers may dislike it. 14 High above all orders [of being] is He, in almightiness enthroned. By His Own will does He bestow inspiration upon whomever He wills of His servants, so as to warn [all human beings of the coming] of the Day when they shall meet Him 15 The Day when they will (all) come out, nothing of them will be hidden from Allah. Whose is the kingdom this Day? (Allah Himself will reply to His Question): It is Allah's the One, the Irresistible! 16 That Day every soul shall be requited for what it has earned. On that Day none shall be wronged. And God is swift in reckoning. 17 Warn them against the Imminent Day when, choking with anguish, the hearts will be in their throats, the harmdoers will not have a single loyal friend, and there will be no intercessor to be obeyed. 18 [for] He is aware of the [most] stealthy glance, and of all that the hearts conceal. 19 And Allah renders the true judgement; and those whom they worship instead of Him do not judge at all; indeed Allah only, is the All Hearing, the All Seeing. 20
