Recall what time Allah said: O 'Isa! verily I shall make thee die, and am lifting thee to myself and am purifying thee from those who disbelieve, and shall place those who follow thee above those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection; thereafter unto Me shall be the return of you all, then I shall judge between you of that wherein ye were wont to differ. 55 "As to those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe torment in this world and in the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers." 56 "As to those who believe and work righteousness, Allah will pay them (in full) their reward; but Allah loveth not those who do wrong." 57 This We recite to you of the communications and the wise reminder. 58 Surely the likeness of Isa is with Allah as the likeness of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him, Be, and he was. 59 This is the truth from your Lord, so do not be in doubt. 60 And whoso disputes with thee concerning him, after the knowledge that has come to thee, say: 'Come now, let us call our sons and your sons, our wives and your wives, our selves and your selves, then let us humbly pray and so lay God's curse upon the ones who lie.' 61 This is the true story (of Jesus). There is no Lord but God. It is God who is Majestic and All-wise. 62 But if they turn back, then surely Allah knows the mischief-makers. 63
