The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Clatterer! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 and the mountains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 shall have a blissful life; 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 Raging Fire. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
