O People who Believe! Seek help from patience and prayer; indeed Allah is with those who patiently endure. 153 And call not those who are slain in the way of Allah "dead." Nay, they are living, only ye perceive not. 154 And surely We shall try you with something of fear and hunger, and loss of wealth and lives and crops; but give glad tidings to the steadfast, 155 Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return." 156 Such are they on whom are blessings from their Lord, and mercy. Such are the rightly guided. 157 ۞ Verily! As-Safa and Al-Marwah (two mountains in Makkah) are of the Symbols of Allah. So it is not a sin on him who perform Hajj or 'Umrah (pilgrimage) of the House (the Ka'bah at Makkah) to perform the going (Tawaf) between them (As-Safa and Al-Marwah). And whoever does good voluntarily, then verily, Allah is All-Recogniser, All-Knower. 158 Those who conceal the clear signs and the guidance that We have sent down, after We have shown them clearly in the Book -- they shall be cursed by God and the cursers, 159 Except for those who repent and correct themselves and make evident [what they concealed]. Those - I will accept their repentance, and I am the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful. 160 Those who deny the truth, and die as deniers, on them shall be the curse of God and of angels and of men altogether. 161 They shall be abiders therein, the torment shall not be lightened on them, nor shall they be respited. 162 Your God is one God. There is no deity save Him. He is the Compassionate, the Merciful. 163
