Therefore whoever shall do of good deeds and he is a believer, there shall be no denying of his exertion, and surely We will write (It) down for him. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 until Gog and Magog are let loose to rush down from the hills. 96 And there shall approach the true promise; and lo! the eyes of those who disbelieved shall be staring: woe unto us! surely we have been in neglect thereof; aye! we have been the wrong-doers. 97 “Indeed you* and all that you worship** besides Allah, are the fuel of hell; in it you must go.” (* All disbelievers ** Idols and disbelievers who claimed to be Gods. The Prophets like Eisa and Uzair who were worshipped are exempt from this, and so are Maryam, and trees and the moon etc.) 98 If these had been gods, they would not have got there! but each one will abide therein. 99 There, sobbing will be their lot, nor will they there hear (aught else). 100 Surely (as for) those for whom the good has already gone forth from Us, they shall be kept far off from it; 101 they shall be, kept far from it neither shall they hear any whisper of it, and they shall dwell forever in that their souls desired; 102 They will not be affected by the great terror. The angels will come to them with this glad news: "This is your day which was promised to you." 103 The Day that We roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books (completed),- even as We produced the first creation, so shall We produce a new one: a promise We have undertaken: truly shall We fulfil it. 104 And indeed We have written in Zabur (Psalms) [i.e. all the revealed Holy Books the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), the Quran] after (We have already written in) Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz (the Book, that is in the heaven with Allah), that My righteous slaves shall inherit the land (i.e. the land of Paradise). 105 Most surely in this is a message to a people who serve 106 We sent thee not, but as a Mercy for all creatures. 107 Say: It is only revealed to me that your Allah is one Allah; will you then submit? 108 But if they turn away, then say, "I have announced to [all of] you equally. And I know not whether near or far is that which you are promised. 109 Lo! He knoweth that which is said openly, and that which ye conceal. 110 I think that this [reprieve] is possibly a trial for you, an opportunity to enjoy yourselves until an appointed time." 111 [The Prophet] has said, "My Lord, judge [between us] in truth. And our Lord is the Most Merciful, the one whose help is sought against that which you describe." 112
