Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 It is a blazing fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
