Say thou; my Lord! if Thou wilt shew me that wherewith they are threatened. 93 then do not place me, Lord, with the wrongdoers." 94 And verily to shew them that wherewith We threaten them We are surely Able. 95 Repel thou the evil with that which is fairer. We Ourselves know very well that they describe. 96 And say: "My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of the Shayatin (devils). 97 "And I seek refuge with Thee O my Lord! lest they should come near me." 98 Until, when death cometh unto one of them, he saith: My Lord! Send me back, 99 That I may work righteously in that which I have left. By no means! It is but a word he uttereth; and before them is a barrier until the Day when they shall be raised. 100 For when the Trumpet is blown, that day there shall be no kinship any more between them, neither will they question one another. 101 Therefore the ones whose scales prove heavy – they are the successful. 102 But those whose scales weigh light will have ruined their souls; in Hell will they abide. 103 The Fire will scorch their faces and they will abide therein with their faces distorted. 104 (We shall say): 'Were My verses not recited to you, and did you not belie them' 105 They will say: our Lord! our wretchedness overcame us, and we have been a people erring. 106 Our Lord! Take us out of this. Then if we revert (to evil-doing) we shall indeed be wrongdoers." 107 Allah will say, “Remain rebuked in it, and do not speak to Me.” 108 You are those that when a party of My servants said: 'Our Lord, we believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of those that are merciful,' 109 "You mocked and laughed at them until you forgot all about Me. 110 Now today I have recompensed them for their patient endurance; they are the triumphant.' 111 [Allah] will say, "How long did you remain on earth in number of years?" 112 They will say: "We stayed for a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count of this." 113 He will say: Ye tarried but a little if ye only knew. 114 Do you think We created you for nothing, and that you will not return to Us?" 115 Therefore exalted be Allah, the King, the Reality: there is no god but He, the Lord of the Throne of Honour! 116 And whosoever calls upon another god with God, whereof he has no proof, his reckoning is with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 And, [O Muhammad], say, "My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful." 118
