The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By oath of those who establish proper ranks. 1 and restraining [from evil] by a call to restraint, 2 and conveying [to all the world] a reminder: 3 surely your God is One, 4 Lord of the heavens and of the earth, and all that is between them, and Lord of every point of the sun's risings. (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah). 5 Verily! We have adorned the near heaven with the stars (for beauty). 6 (For beauty) and for guard against all obstinate rebellious evil spirits, 7 so they cannot listen to the High Assembly, for they are pelted from every side. 8 With a driving fusillade, and theirs shall be a torment perpetual; 9 Except those who eavesdrop and are pursued by a shooting flame. 10 (Muhammad), ask them, "Have they (people) been created stronger than what We have created?" We have created them from moist clay. 11 Nay! you wonder while they mock, 12 And when they are reminded, they remember not. 13 and, when they see a sign, would scoff; 14 And they say: "This is nothing but evident magic! 15 When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, how can we be raised again, 16 What, and our fathers, the ancients?' 17 Say thou: and verily ye; shall then be despicable. 18 There is but one Shout, and lo! they behold, 19 They will then say: “Woe for us. This is the Day of Judgement.” 20 "(Yes,) this is the Day of Judgement you had called a lie." 21
