The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 but he whose deeds weigh light in the Balance 8 Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit. 9 Ah, what will convey unto thee what she is! - 10 (It is) a Fire Blazing fiercely! 11
