Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 A provision for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great predominating calamity comes; 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 and Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 then he who transgressed 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 Its knowledge rests with your Lord. 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 On the Day whereon they behold it, it will appear to them as though they had not tarried save an evening or the morn thereof. 46

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
