۞ Nay, I swear by the places of the stars - 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 And make it your provision that ye should belie it? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, – 83 And ye the while (sit) looking on,- 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 If he is among the near 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 But, if he is of those who belied, and went astray, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty! 96
