The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By those [angels] lined up in rows 1 and the scarers scaring 2 and by the reciters of the Reminder: 3 Verily your God is One, 4 Lord of the heavens and of the earth, and all that is between them, and Lord of every point of the sun's risings. (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah). 5 Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars 6 (For beauty) and for guard against all obstinate rebellious evil spirits, 7 they listen not to the High Council, for they are pelted from every side, 8 cast out [from all grace,] with lasting suffering in store for them [in the life to come]; 9 But if anyone does succeed in snatching a glimpse [of such knowledge], he shall be pursued by a piercing flame. 10 AND NOW ask those [who deny the truth] to enlighten thee: Were they more difficult to create than all those [untold marvels] that We have created? - for, behold, them have We created out of [mere] clay commingled with water! 11 Nay, thou marvellest; and they scoff 12 And when they are admonished, they receive not admonition. 13 and when they see a miracle, they mock 14 And they say, “This is nothing but clear magic.” 15 When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, how can we be raised again, 16 And also our forefathers? 17 Tell them: “Yes; and you are utterly helpless (against Allah).” 18 It will be only one shout, and at once they will be observing. 19 and they will say: 'Woe for us. This is the Day of Recompense' 20 “Yes, this is the Day of Final Decision that you used to deny as a lie.” 21
