Man is prone to say: "Shall I be raised to life after I die?" 66 But does man not bear in mind that We have created him aforetime out of nothing? 67 So by your Lord! We will most certainly gather them together and the Shaitans, then shall We certainly cause them to be present round hell on their knees. 68 We shall pull out of every section those who were most perversely rebellious against Ar-Rahman. 69 We surely know best those most deserving of the fires of hell, 70 And every one of you will come within sight of it: this is, with thy Sustainer, a decree that must be fulfilled. 71 We shall deliver those who took heed for themselves, and leave the evil-doers kneeling there. 72 And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Which of [our] two parties is best in position and best in association?" 73 How many generations have We destroyed before them, who were far greater in riches and more boastful! 74 Say: "The Most Compassionate Lord grants respite to those who stray into error, until they behold what they had been threatened with, either God's chastisement (in the world) or the Hour (of Resurrection)" - then they fully know whose station is worse, and who is weaker in hosts! 75 "And Allah doth advance in guidance those who seek guidance: and the things that endure, Good Deeds, are best in the sight of thy Lord, as rewards, and best in respect of (their) eventual return." 76 Note the words of the disbeliever, "I shall certainly be given wealth and children?" 77 Has he the knowledge of the unseen or has the Beneficent God established such a binding agreement with Him? 78 On the contrary, We will write down what he says and prolong the length of his punishment. 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he shall come to us alone. 80 And they have taken gods besides Allah, that they should be to them a source of strength; 81 Nay, but they (the so-called gods) will deny their worship of them, and become opponents to them (on the Day of Resurrection). 82
