And man (the disbeliever) says: "When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" 66 Will not man remember that We created him aforetime, when he was nothing? 67 And, by thy Lord, verily We shall assemble them and the devils, then We shall bring them, crouching, around hell. 68 Then indeed We shall drag out from every sect all those who were worst in obstinate rebellion against the Most Beneficent (Allah). 69 And surely We are Best Aware of those most worthy to be burned therein. 70 There is not one of you who shall not go down to it: such is a thing decreed, determined by your Lord. 71 Then, We will save those who were cautious of Us, but the harmdoers shall be left there hobbling on their knees. 72 When Our revelations are recited to them, the unbelievers say to the faithful ones, "Which of us is more prosperous?" 73 How numerous are the peoples We destroyed before them - those that were more resourceful and grander in outward appearance! 74 Say: "The Most Compassionate Lord grants respite to those who stray into error, until they behold what they had been threatened with, either God's chastisement (in the world) or the Hour (of Resurrection)" - then they fully know whose station is worse, and who is weaker in hosts! 75 And Allah will increase the guidance for those who have received guidance; and good deeds that remain have the best reward before your Lord, and the best outcome. 76 Hast thou observed him who disbelieveth in Our signs and saith: surely I shall be vouchsafed riches and children. 77 What, has he observed the Unseen, or taken a covenant with the All-merciful? 78 Indeed not. We shall record what he says and shall prolong the punishment for him. 79 and We shall inherit from him what he says, and he shall come to Us alone. 80 And they have chosen Gods besides Allah, so that they may provide them strength! 81 But nay! [On Judgment Day] these [very objects of adoration] will disavow the worship that was paid to them, and will turn against those [who had worshipped them]! 82
