In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, 2 the Beneficent, the Merciful; 3 Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. 4 Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help. 5 (Lord), guide us to the right path, 6 The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger, nor of those who went astray. 7
God the Almighty always says the truth.
