We have built the heaven with might, and We it is Who make the vast extent (thereof). 47 and We cradled the earth. And We are the Best of Cradlers. 48 and We created pairs of all things so that you might reflect. 49 And so, [O Muhammad, say unto them:] "Flee unto God [from all that is false and evil]! Verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him! 50 Do not set up with Allah another god. I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Likewise, there came no messenger to those before them, but they said, "He is a sorcerer or a madman." 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. 55 We have created jinn and human beings only that they might worship Me. 56 [But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: 57 Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength. 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
