The endeavors of he who believes and does good works shall not go unthanked. We write it down for him. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 until Gog and Magog are let loose to rush down from the hills. 96 And there shall approach the true promise; and lo! the eyes of those who disbelieved shall be staring: woe unto us! surely we have been in neglect thereof; aye! we have been the wrong-doers. 97 You and all those who you were worshipping, other than Allah, shall be the fuel of Gehenna; there you shall all go down to it. 98 If these had been gods, they would not have got there! but each one will abide therein. 99 There is groaning for them therein, and they do not hear. 100 Indeed those to whom Our promise of goodness has been made, have been kept far away from hell. 101 They will not hear its faintest sound, and they shall abide in that which their souls long for. 102 the greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them: 'This is your day that you were promised.' 103 The Day when We shall roll up the heavens as a recorder rolleth up a written scroll. As We began the first creation, We shall repeat it. (It is) a promise (binding) upon Us. Lo! We are to perform it. 104 And We have already written in the book [of Psalms] after the [previous] mention that the land [of Paradise] is inherited by My righteous servants. 105 Verily there is a message in this for people who are devout. 106 We have sent you as a benevolence to the creatures of the world. 107 Say thou: this only hath been revealed unto me, that your god is only One God. submit ye then?! 108 If they turn away, say, "I have warned you all alike, though I do not know whether [the scourge] which you are promised is near at hand or far off. 109 Lo! He knoweth that which is said openly, and that which ye conceal. 110 And I know not, perhaps it may be a trial for you, and an enjoyment for a while. 111 Say: "O my Sustainer! Judge Thou in truth!" - and [say]: "Our Sustainer is the Most Gracious, the One whose aid is ever to be sought against all your [attempts at] defining [Him]!" 112
